My first take at recording and songwriting. Recorded in a bedroom with an early digital recorder, 2 mics a rhodes, synthesizer, saxophone and a variety of percussion. Side note: I have not played many of these songs live. The cd was hand duplicated and not originally intended to be available on line (mostly because streaming audio didn’t exist at the time) The title was inspired in part by the movie “batteries not included” and my general fascination and distaste for robots. (don’t tell the robots i said that)
